- Change the material setting in your printer dialog box. Open "Printer Properties" and locate the "Media Type" section. Find the right setting for your material.
- Reprint your design with the new settings and test for smearing. If the problem persists, continue to #3.
- Adjust your print quality setting. Open "Printer Properties" and switch your settings from "normal" to "fast draft" or from 600 DPI to 300.
