How do I whitelist an email?

Whitelisting an email is a way of telling your email provider that you want to receive messages from a certain sender or domain. This prevents them from going to your spam or junk inbox.

Whitelisting our email will allow you to stay up-to-date on promotions and new releases. Here's a brief overview of how to whitelist an email for some of the most popular email services:

  • Gmail: Click the gear icon in the top-right corner and select “See all settings.” Then, go to the “Filters and Blocked Addresses” tab and click “Create a new filter.” In the “From” field, enter mail@onlinelabels.com. Then, click “Create filter” and check the box that says “Never send it to Spam.” Click “Create filter” again to confirm.
  • Outlook: Go to the “Home” tab and click “Junk.” Then, select “Junk Email Options” and go to the “Safe Senders” tab. Click “Add” and type mail@onlinelabels.com. Click “OK” to save the changes.
  • Yahoo: Click the gear icon in the top-right corner and select “More Settings.” Then, go to the “Filters” tab and click “Add new filters.” Give your filter a name and enter the mail@onlinelabels.com in the “From” field. Under “Choose a folder to move to”, select “Inbox”. Click “Save” to create the filter.
  • AOL: Click the “Contacts” icon on the left sidebar and select “New Contact.” Enter mail@onlinelabels.com in the “Email” field. Click “Save” to add the contact.
