We chose this label after trying several different options. These clear gloss labels were the only ones that did not look like scotch tape when you put them onto the bottle. These look clear and elegant on this aluminum bottle.
We design the label in Microsoft Publisher, then print them on our color laser printer so we have no waste this way. We put a "Best if Used By" date on them so we have no wasted labels when we start a fresh batch of product. It was very important to pay close attention to the printer settings for these clear labels because the settings control how much heat the printer applies as it prints on the label. We found that if we chose the paper type "transparency" instead of "label" the labels came out crystal clear and came off of the backing easily.
