I own LunaGrown Jam. We create homemade jams from fruits that we grow and harvest locally. Online Labels has given us the freedom we need to create our labels or supply the labels to our printer, while keeping our overhead manageable.
Originally we printed in house on an inkjet printer, the labels came out fine, however due to the time and the ink cost it just was not financially smart. There are limited companies in this area that will do laser printing, so we chose Staples copy center, they are quick, helpful and we just send them the PDF files that match up to the labels we need printed. Once in awhile with a new template there are some alignment issues, however after working with the Maestro program for a time, these are easily adjusted. I would strongly suggest a laser printer over an inkjet if you are using your labels anywhere there is a chance they might get damp or wet. Inkjet will run. We also use the 1" gold labels for 'signature' jams. This is a great eye catcher and helps nicely with sales.
