Start off by measuring the maximum area the label can cover from left to right and top to bottom.
2
Once you know the maximum area you need to set the minimum area coverage that you’re willing to allow. If you know the maximum area and the minimum area you can now hunt for the ideal label for your application.
3
Visit our
standard size list which will show you a wide variety of sizes you can choose from. We suggest finding a couple of different label sizes so you have a little variety when making your final decision.
4
5
After choosing a couple of sizes we suggest sketching the label sizes with a ruler on a piece of regular paper.
6
Cut out the sketched area with a pair of scissors, Exacto knife, or cutting board.
7
Hold the cut out portion up the item you are labeling to get an idea of what that label size will look like when it is applied.
