Taking screenshots in Windows Vista:

1. Find the image you want to save, and press the "Print Screen" button on your keyboard. (It's usually in the top right corner of your keyboard)

Open MS Paint by going to your Start Menu > type in "paint", and press Enter.

Once Paint is open, go to Edit > Paste (Ctrl + V) to add your screenshot to Paint and use the scroll bars to find the image you want to save.

Click on the Select tool even if is already selected. This will allow you to make a new selection.

Click and drag your mouse around the image you want to save using the select tool.

Go to Image > Crop.

Go to File > Save (Ctrl + S).

If your save window looks like the one above, Click the "Browse Folders" text at the bottom left corner of the save screen, otherwise move on to the next step.

On the left side, choose a folder to put your image in. Then select JPEG in the "Save as type" field.

In the "File name:" field, type in a name for your new image and click "Save".

In Maestro Label Designer®, open the design that you want to add the image to. Then click the "Add Images" button.

Click on the "Upload a New Image" button.

Navigate to the folder where you saved your image. Click on the image you saved, and click the "Open" button.

Your new image should be the first image on the top left. Click on it. Then click on the "Add Image to Design" button.

You are now ready to design with your new image.
