How To Mirror Label Designs For Iron-Ons and Windows

How to mirror designs so they can be used as t-shirt iron ons and window clings

For certain applications, you may want to reverse-print your design. Follow these instructions to learn how you can set up your document to print as a mirror image.

How to Make Iron-Ons for Light-Colored Materials

Note: Iron-ons for dark materials don't need to be reverse-printed.

  1. Launch Maestro Label Designer and sign in.

  2. Click "Find Blank Labels."

  3. Type OL362HL into the search bar.

  4. Confirm you want your design to reverse-print by clicking "OK" in the dialog box.

    Note: You won't see a mirror of your design on the screen, it will only print mirrored.

  5. Design and print as normal.

How to Make Window Stickers

This method works with clear materials that will be applied to glass or windows.

  1. Launch Maestro Label Designer and sign in.

  2. With your label open, hover over "Print" in the blue navigation bar.

  3. Select "Page Setup."

  4. Toggle the switch beside the words "Reverse Print." Click "Confirm."

    Note: You won't see a mirror of your design on the screen, it will only print mirrored.
