Brandon was super helpful. I have been working for more than a month with our printer manufacturer, Brother, on a label printing issue. The printer would “mirror” or “copy” the cutout lines of the labels and print that outline across the face of our labels. Sorry, this is difficult to explain in text. Brandon asked me to print a copy, send him a photo, and we could talk about this issue clearly. He took the time to study the photo and came up with a workable solution. Even though this is a workaround solution, it gives us the ability to use our labels again. Thank you Brandon for taking over an hour of your time to troubleshoot this mirrored image line.
