Brandon is my HERO!!

I was beside myself trying to get my labels to print correctly for a client. I initially called and spoke with someone that asked me to take a photo of the issue and email it so they could see what I was seeing. I then worked with Matthew back and forth via email on issues, but nothing fixed my problem. The next day I received an email saying they wanted to get back on the phone with me and try and troubleshoot the issue. Matthew was unavailable and Brandon stepped up and took his place. I can't even express how much Brandon helped me! Our call lasted over 2 (!!) hours. He worked with me step by step (by step by step) until my issue was resolved. He was kind, patient and most important never gave up on helping me print my design. Not only did he fix my issue, he took the opportunity to teach me how to do this if I run into the problem again. He answered all of my 10,000 questions without hesitation. I'm just blown away by the level of customer service he provided. I had no doubt that he was going to say "too bad, lady - we can't fix this - you have to change your design", but no! He said I think we can fix this and 2 hours later, it WAS FIXED. Thank you, Brandon for everything! And thank you Online Labels for hiring such excellent customer service reps!
