In a jam - OnlineLabels came through

Called in my time around 4:30 p.m with a problem....order labels online and having to much on my plate ordered the wrong labels...wanted ink jet. Have about 50 cases of jams waiting for their labels and a show to do on Friday. My fault for not ordering in time to make sure things were right and forgot about the Holiday during this week. Jason came to the rescue and got them out to me overnight even though he thought maybe all his shipping guys were gone. What a great representive of your company.....I used to be Customer Service Supervisor for a payroll for many years.....Jason beats anyone I had in my department. Thanks so much for going the extra mile for me I really appreciate it and I'm very grateful. Jason has helped me in the past on ordering round labels and told me how to print out the samples online. Again, give that guy a raise...because of him I've already sold your labels to two otther people and that was from the first phone call to him. These two companies one is bakery and the other has a soap company...for sure they order, I've seen your labels. Also the winery in Basehor, Kansas orders from you....so I will keep giving out your name....which we all know word of mouth is your best salesman! Thanks again Jason.....because of you I won't be looking at other label companies... Sandy
