Above and Beyond Service

I just wanted to write and let you know that I had a great experience with one of your reps, Fred today. I was having a terrible time with finding a solution to a problem with one of my products and coming up with an appropriate label. Fred not only listened to what I was trying to say, but suggested several options, and sent out a few samples to me free of charge. He knew that I was short on both time and money (due to this problem) and decided to expedite those samples to me w/o charging me shipping. I realize that this is probably not standard practice, but sensing my extreme frustration and stress, he knew that every little bit helps. Thank you Fred for going above and beyond for me!
