Can blank label stock be purchase for 12” round labels?

I apologize but at this time we do not currently offer the 12" vinyl decals blank, only pre-printed.

Can these be used on commercial carpet in a church?

The Removable Vinyl (RV) is ideal for short-term use. When used on industrial, short-pile carpet, it will adhere but performs best when used temporarily. If you'd like to use floor decals for long-term, we'd suggest the Aggressive Vinyl (PV). This has a stronger adhesive and will prevent the edges from peeling up with regular use.
