I easily create my labels using Microsoft Publisher. Publisher has this template and a few others from Online Labels that I also use. Remember to double check your work before printing on a label ( I have wasted a couple precious labels). I suggest printing out the design of your label on regular white printing paper and check for typos, then hold it up over the sheet of labels you plan to use in order to see if there are any alignment issues.
