How does the approval process work?

Upload your artwork and adjust your label to fit within the safe zones. After your order is completed, one of our artists will review your design to ensure that it's print ready. If necessary, we'll make small adjustments to the bleed and safe margin before printing your labels. If your file requires more work, we'll notify you along with what changes need to be made.

Can multiple designs be printed in the same order?

We offer multi-variation printing for different designs printed on the same size and material. Once you add a design to your cart, you'll be able to add additional designs to view your discount.

Do you offer white underprinting on certain materials?

We apply white underprints for custom clear labels and silver foil labels on rolls. We just ask that you supply a vector file to assist with production. At this time, clear sheeted materials are printed without a white underlay.

Can I receive a free proof?

Yes! We provide a free digital proof to give you an idea of how your labels will appear on the sheet or roll.

What if I need a new design or need to make new adjustments?

Our design platform, Maestro Label Designer, allows you to create custom labels from scratch, browse completely customizable pre-designed label templates, and purchase your artwork printed by us.

What label materials and finishes do you offer?

We offer various materials and finishes, including waterproof, matte, gloss, clear, and kraft. Whether you need durable or premium packaging labels, we have a solution to fit your needs.

Can I customize the size and shape of my labels?

Yes, you can order virtually any label size by typing the dimensions of your label. You can also order a custom label shape on rolls or stickers.

How quickly will I receive my custom labels?

Our standard production time is 2-3 business days. Rush production and expedited shipping methods are also available at an additional fee.

Do you offer any label design resources?

If you need to design your labels before ordering, we offer a free design tool, Maestro Label Designer. You can purchase custom labels from the platform without an activation code.

Do you offer custom printed label samples?

At this time we offer free samples of our custom label sheets. Request a custom label sample to learn more about our print quality and materials.
