I was in a quandry to say the least. I called Online Labels and did not realize it was near closing time. I was fortunate enough to speak with Jesse, my 'guardian angel" and he went to work solving my problem. Jesse was polite, personable, and professional. In my opinion, he went above and beyond the call of duty. He was extremely patient with my lack of knowledge and skills and somehow managed to get my project completed, in spite of having to stay later than he should have.
