Good afternoon Executive team and leadership Today started off as a very rough day for me. We received a call that we needed to hurry and get our labels completed, so I immediately began calling for help. Throughout the morning, I spoke with two gentlemen who tried, but I still wasn’t able to get what I needed. After leaving the hospital, I finally made it home around 1:00 PM and called again. That’s when I had the pleasure of speaking with Trisha, and let me tell you — exceptional customer service is an understatement. She took her time, actively listened, and walked me through navigating the website. She helped troubleshoot the sizing issues, explained what the system was reading, and made sure I had her name in case I needed to call back. She spent a good 30–45 minutes with me, patiently guiding me step by step. After we hung up, I still couldn’t figure something out, so I called back. Trisha was on another line, but her coworker Brandon T. answered and immediately stepped in with the same level of care. He introduced me to the design feature on your website — and when I say, “heaven must be like this,” I truly mean it. It was saving grace. Between the two of them, your team went above and beyond with their customer service, listening skills, patience, and genuine willingness to help a brand-new customer succeed and fully utilize your platform for creating professional labels. What started as a cloudy and stressful day was turned into one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. We look forward to working with your team again at the end of 2026 as we prepare for 2027. Thank you again for everything.
