Brigette was outstanding!

I'm so thankful I was connected with Brigette! While I'm sure everyone works together for the customer, in this case, I contacted Live Chat on the OL website, and the person I spoke with wasn't able or willing to resolve my issue. I waited a week, and logged back on, and was connected with Bigette. She immediately realized my situation, and identified a fair solution, which was GREAT. We are now able to move forward as a company one the samples arrive, thanks!!
