Awful Service

We put in an order for EU30054SF but when they arrived the packets contained EU30045SF. An easy mistake to make, it happens, you'd think it would be simple to fix the issue. No, its really not. We are being sent around in circles but a support team who cant seem to understand that these labels aren't the ones we ordered and we and still nowhere near getting what we actually ordered. Very frustrating as we are need the labels we requested urgently but customer service dont seem to understand the issue or even care. Currently looking for other suppliers and I suggest others do the same.
