Great customer service

I ordered for the first time last week, and when my labels arrived one page was missing. Since I had only ordered two pages I frantically searched the package thinking it must be in there. Nope, not there. But when I called first thing this morning Addie very graciously agreed that was most unusual and would immediately send out another page. How awesome is that?
