A beautiful product, amazing customer service!

I had ordered non-standard arched labels that were cut with a laser die that was good but wasn't precise enough for the high end product and tight design parameters that I offer. After I sent photos in as requested, the production department had the die retooled and the labels remade. The new ones are beautiful! I couldn't be happier. I buy a lot of labels for my niche product (and I ONLY buy from Online Labels); they have the best customer service anywhere and top quality products, but this went above and beyond. There is no question that this business has the highest standards for quality and service.
