Alignment Problem Solved

I had a problem with the alignment of my labels.(Ol875WG) I was ready to return my labels. Your customer service rep. Jessica stayed on the phone with me until the problem was solved. The printer setting had to be changed to the photo paper setting to print properly. I would like to say thank you for having dedicated personal and thanks to Jessica for all of her help.
