Wonderful Customer Service

I ordered the wrong labels and wanted to do an exchange. I talked to Fred in Customer Service and was advised I could only do a return, then order what I needed. I told him I had used a reward code and he said not to worry, he would give me credit for the entire amount! He then placed my order for the correct product. I use a lot of labels and so do the other members of a book sharing site I belong to. I am definitely going to share my experience with them in the forums and tell them to buy their labels here too. Thank you so much for the wonderful Customer Service and products!
