Customer Service Great!
I purchased the lip balm size labels last year and my activation code for Maestro expired before I hardly made a dent in the labels. I'm a small business and don't go through them very fast. I recently paid again for a year of Maestro use. I was annoyed that I had to pay when I had purchased from this company. I filled out a survey letting them know how annoyed I was. To my great surprise, I received a call from Online Labels today. They refunded my payment for the year subscription and gave be a code for another year (2 years Maestro use total). They said they understand that not everyone uses that many labels in a short time. I am very impressed. Excellent customer service and fair business practice! I will continue to be a customer.
