Great customer service

The customer service I got the couple of times I've called was excellent. They spent a good amount of time on the phone with me helping me fix an order and find the correct labels to order. Also, they completely refunded a huge order for me when the labels weren't working well with my printer. I'm very happy with this company and have already ordered from them again, and I will continue to do so simply because they helped me out of a big jam.
