I was really impressed with customer service at Online labels. The first time I called to ask a question about a product, someone answered on the second ring. Yes, a real live person - how rare is that? The next time I called I had to wait only a few minutes to speak to someone. I liked the fact that you are updated on the status of the wait. The products were shipped promptly, arrived on time and were just what I wanted. Overall it was a very positive experience. The only downside was the cost of shipping. I ordered 8 sheets of labels and paid $18 in shipping to Canada. The laels was for my daughter's wedding so I was willing to pay the cost.
