great service

I found exactly the label I needed for a rush job if I could get them second day at the latest. However in placing the order I discovered that this label would have to be produced which could take a couple of days and then ship. I knew that wasn't going to work but in desperation called the 800 number and talked to Fred. He was able to insert my order into production and overnight ship which saved the job. The product was exactly as ordered and the service was without equal in my experience. I would recommend this product and company highly. Thank you for allowing me to comment.
