Willingness to go the extra mile
Dear OnlineLabels.com, I don't know if I can express my gratitude and thanks for your generousity and willingness to go the extra mile to make this customer happy. I know that you can guarantee this is the kind of thing that makes me personally want to be a repeat customer as well as be active in referring others to your company. I am using the Samsung CLP-300 which I called the Servicing Dept. and luckily since it's only be about two months since I bought it, I can still get it serviced under warranty. Before I bought it, I did research the different printers and there seemed to be no complaints for this just basic stuff like "too slow," or "noisy" nothing different from other printers. It also said it was very capable of handling labels and not just a paper printer. But again, thank you so much for everything and I look forward to doing more business with you all. If all goes well with the Grand Opening of my business late summer, you can guarantee I'll be back very soon! Franchesca Jones
