Special label formatting

I purchased the OL5051LP labels from you and downloaded the template for Microsoft Word. I have a customer who wished to have the labels printed in landscape format and try as I might, I could not get it to turn correctly. I contacted On-Line Labels to see if there was anyway to do this. In less than 24 hours I received a reply to my e-mail with the a template for the labels formatted in landscape for me. This is what I call going above and beyond what is expected.
