NEVER GOING TO BUY ONLINELABELS AGAIN

I bought the clear labels OL2679CL because I like the price and the quality for my cottage food labels. I went to back surgery 2 years ago now I'm recovery and back. When I try to print from the Maestro label designer I need a new code when with Avery I do not have this type of issue now a have a bunch of labels sheet that I can't print because customer service is not answer and I have to buy from Avery again to print my labels. Thank You for nothing
