Awesome Customer Service!!

We got off to a rough start when we first ordered with label value, our labels were sticking and not working well with the printer we purchased through them. Turns out it was just a bit of a learning curve, we had purchased the wrong labels for our products. After some troubleshooting with the very responsive customer service team, they came to the conclusion that our labels were sticking because of the temperature the labels were being stored at. We operate in Hawaii ,and it can be very hot and humid. Samantha from customer service was amazing! She was so on top of it, came up with a solution and got our new labels to us faster than we expected. Samantha and her team were very professional, attentive and a pleasure to work with.
