We just obtained a new copier and I was having a terrible time getting labels to go through the printer this problem has finally been resolved thanks to the help of Online Labels representative Jake he got me the right labels and even took back the ones that I couldn't use and gave us credit. It really means a lot when your trying to get things right and there is someone there to help. Thanks and hope all your customers appreciate all that you guys do there.
