EXCELLENT customer service

I received your shipment today. The size ended up not working for me. I spoke with Paul on the phone. I was very upset. He remained calm during the entire conversation, and I want to commend him for that. I admit, I was not an easy person to deal with during this phone call. But, I realized that I am the one who made the mistake. I am very new at this, and obviously this was a learning experience. I want to commend him for his professionalism. Please make sure he is recognized in some fashion that is appropriate. He calmed me down, and assisted me in finding what I really needed. EXCELLENT customer service. That is not always easy to find. I am so very appreciative, and because of him, I will continue as a customer. I hope we can continue business on such a professional level.
