I called your toll-free number to get help with a return because Amazon did not supply me with a RMA#. Wilfredo helped me out, and I was really impressed with how thorough he was. Not only did he track down the RMA#, but he happened to notice that, by mistake, I had two different accounts in your system. While I was on the line, he cleaned that up for me so there is no confusion in the future. Wilfredo is a great asset to your company. I suggest giving him a raise! Good talent should be rewarded!
