Our Return Policy on Custom Items

Even when you order custom-manufactured label products from OnlineLabels.com your satisfaction is guaranteed.

When you place an order for your custom-manufactured label product, whether it's a custom size or a custom label, we'll email you a PDF proof of your layout for approval. In addition, you will have the option to request material samples so you can test the performance of the materials on your product and, in the case of custom sizes, confirm the materials are compatible with your printer.

We understand that circumstances will sometimes arise where the finalized product does not work exactly as you hoped. Many label companies won't allow you to return custom-manufactured products. We are different.

Our commitment is to provide the most complete hassle-free resolution for all our products, not just our stock items. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your custom purchase, you can return the custom-manufactured items to us within 60 days, with the guidelines below:

Custom Sizes & Custom Color Items

Once we receive the returned items, we'll refund you 50% of the original purchase price on your custom sizes or custom color items. This policy applies to custom-manufactured quantities of under 10,000 sheets, or under 100 rolls.

Custom Labels

Color Standards

  • Our printed colors may not be exact to what you see on your screen due to monitor settings and other variations. If you need an exact color match, we recommend ordering aprinted proof prior to placing your entire order. Colors may also vary slightly in part because of the different types of paper - matte, gloss, weatherproof, etc. If you need all the items in your collection to match, it is best to order all the items at once so they will be produced under the same conditions.

Mistakes & Re-Printing

  • If we have made a mistake, we'll reprint the order and ship it to you at no charge as quickly as possible.

  • If your package is damaged in shipping, we may ask to see a photo of your order so we can see what happened. In most cases, we will reprint your order and ship to you as quickly as possible.

Refund Policy

  • To initiate a refund, you must contact us within 60 days of the shipment date of your order. We will not refund any order outside of this 60-day window.

  • If you are not satisfied with your order just return the order back to us within 60 days of the shipment date of your order and we will refund 50% of the order cost (shipping charges not included) on any order $500.00 or less. If the order cost was larger than the $500, the maximum refund on any returned custom label order is $250.00.

  • If you would like to make changes after your order has moved into production, you will be charged 50% of the item price for the quantity of sheets completed.
