• Description: Two women look forlorn as they wait in a room. What are they waiting for? Woman's Liberation? I found this in the fashion section of the 1907 (yes, public domain) edition of the newspaper The New York Sun. They were apparently quite fashionable, but I can't help but feel sorry for them. They look so sad.
