Usage Tips
When wrapping a gift or a small box you can usually use scotch tape, but if you are shipping packages that's a different story. Before you buy any random tape for shipping figure out the number of shipments you send per day and the weight of the packages. If you are sending 10-20 packages per day that are light weight then is suggest a standard hand held tape gun loaded with split, burst, and moisture resistant clear shipping tape. This tape is good because you can seal your shipping address label to make it waterproof, and it blends in well with your packaging. If you send 20 packages or more then I highly suggest you buy a manual gummed tape dispenser with reinforced gummed Kraft tape. Using a dispenser will allow you to work at a higher pace and the gummed tape is significantly stronger than any other tape do to it being reinforced with fiber glass threads.
