The most efficient customer service call I've ever experienced.

Due to an issue on my end (most likely operator error), I missed out on a discount code for a repeat purchase and called to see if it could be altered retroactively. Not only did Darrell fix the matter instantly, he had already emailed a confirmation of the discount before I even requested one. He was knowledgeable, friendly and, perhaps, the best representative of a company I've spoken with in some time. I will absolutely be back to purchase more labels when our company needs them.
