Exceeds expectations!

I recently had to fill a rush order and needed labels ASAP. I am a very small and new business and am really watching costs, so when ground shipping ($6) and 2-day shipping ($28) were both estimated to arrive the same day, I opted for the less expensive option but asked Online labels if they could possibly send them out earlier in the day (I submitted my order the night before). Not only were they sent out the next morning, but they were shipped 2-day and I had them the following day! I was so impressed by their caring and attentiveness to my request, and this was in addition to the prompt and helpful emails I had when discussing what I needed in my sample labels.
