I use this label for many different items and sizes of various products. Sometimes cutting it down, or in half, because it's a very versatile and well-sized label.
Before and during any labeling project, I recommend a fabric type of ruler, where you can wrap it around the bottle/box/item, to determine the exact perimeter measurement you need, then add 1/4 to 1/2 of an inch of blank overlap on one side of the label. Use a regular ruler to measure necessary height. But that's just the beginning. Going back to the fabric ruler, write down your bottle's "face"s to determine on your label the width best suited for each part of the label (front, sides, back ingredients).
