What is an integrated form?

An integrated form is a sheet with both a paper side for printing customer invoices and an adhesive side for printing your business' shipping labels. If you're in the business of shipping products, you may want to consider switching to integrated forms.

The paper-based sheet has adhesive on only a portion of the page for the shipping label(s). The other space is for the invoice. Once you peel off and apply the shipping label to the box, you can place the rest of the form in the package for your customers.

Integrated Form Benefits

Have you ever printed out your packing list and noticed all the wasted space at the bottom of the page? Are you tired of having to look up your customer's information multiple times when placing shipping labels on their packages?

Integrated forms can help. Benefits of combination shipping-receipt labels include:

Improved efficiency. Eliminate extra steps in the process.

Cost savings. Reduce the amount of supplies and equipment.

Fewer errors. Enter the information only once, reducing the number of data entry points and chances for human error.

Greater accuracy. Keep the information together throughout the process lowering the chances for mislabeled shipments.
