It all depends on the type of printing job that you want to accomplish. For most jobs, our standard 8.5" x 11" label sheets will be perfectly suitable. Then again, there are some jobs that will just demand larger sheets, such as bumper stickers, advertisement banners, large drum/warning labels, etc. Larger sheets can also allow for more labels to be laid out on the same sheet, reducing the amount of wasted surface space (like margins and the "filler spacing" between labels).

Most household printers will accept our standard 8.5" x 11" (Letter size) and 8.5" x 14" (Legal size) sheets. There are also specialty large/wide-format printers on the market that will accept 11" x 17" (Ledger size) and 12" x 18" label sheets. Check with your printer manufacturer or give us a call and we'll help you figure out whether your printer supports large/wide-format label sheets.

Since there is more material surface involved in creating large/wide-format label sheets, there will be a slight increase in price, calculated proportionately to our standard 8.5" x 11" sheets. Due to our tiered pricing structure, there are price breaks along the way, depending on how many sheets are ordered. The more sheets that are ordered, the less it will cost per sheet.

At this time, our large/wide-format sheet label selection is limited to only a few products, however, we will be updating and adding to our product catalog in the near future. Of course, if you can't find the exact size you’re looking for, fill out the custom request form or give us a call and we'll do our best to help produce the labels you need.

Yes! All of our products come with pre-configured label templates in PDF format. Many of our label sheets come with templates compatible with a variety of popular software packages, including Microsoft Word.
