Even when you order custom manufactured label products from OnlineLabels.com your satisfaction is guaranteed.

When you place an order for your custom manufactured label product, we'll email you a PDF proof of your layout for approval. In addition, you will have the option to request material samples in a similar layout so you can test the performance of the materials on your product and confirm the materials are compatible with your printer.

We understand that circumstances will sometimes arise where the finalized product does not work exactly as you hoped. Many label companies won't allow you to return custom manufactured products. We are different.

Our commitment is to provide the most complete hassle-free resolution for all our products, not just our stock items. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your custom purchase, you can return the custom manufactured items to us within 60 days. Once we receive the items, we'll refund you 50% of the original purchase price. Please note, this policy only applies to custom manufactured quantities of 10,000 sheets or less.
