PrintMaster 18 is not for those wanting to do custom anything, for example, it allows you to enter custom size paper, but you have to completely exit page setup and reenter to select the size you just created.
Available stock sizes (for example, notecards) are listed as stock numbers, with no size reference. In order to choose by size, you have to result to trial and error.
Save often because PrintMaster 18 crashes often. Example, changing font of text caused application to crash and close. I lost 30 minutes worth of work.
By far the most frustrating aspect for me was that many features are far from intuitive as I spent way too much time searching for even the most basic editing features.
