I created a new line of whipped body butters in 2oz glass jars. I wanted to have a cleanly-designed label on the side of the jar and another round label on the bottom of the jar with the ingredients and bar code. I found two labels that were the perfect size. The white gloss laser stock gives it a very finished look.
Useful tips for this project
These labels are designed with a white background, with spot colors. I have found I get a better finished product if I don't use a color background, which can look blotchy or uneven depending on the printer I use. I recommend using the label setting on a laser printer for labels that will get a lot of wear.
