Green Tara Spirulina Label - Label Ideas

I created our labels on a mac using Adobe Illustrator. This label is placed on a resealable 4 oz "Rice Paper" StandUp Pouch. Currently we have 4 different products in up to 4 different sizes- some have front & back labels, one product is packaged in a jar.
For "full bleed" labels- (edge to edge with no unprinted borders) I used the following settings:<br/>Page set up/paper size: US Letter (borderless)<br/>Scale 99% (sometimes 8%)<br/>Borderless Printing (Amount of Extension- (minimum or position 2)<br/>I also save labels & toner ink (which I recommend getting on Amazon- it's super cheap!)<br/>by reducing the opacity to 25 or 33% (making for a very light print) and printing it on regular paper (vs a label sheet) then I place the paper behind a label sheet with a bright light or the sun behind it to make minor spacing adjustments to get the 4 images (or 6 on other labels) to fit as perfectly as possible - sometime I have to do this several times- once I'm happy with the placement of my images with respect to the label sheet- then I put the opacity (Illustrator setting) back to 100% and begin printing on the label sheets.
